Default for Jim @ tire rack

Jim,
I am always lurking on this forum and you may recognize my sn. I am thinking about ordering a set of iForged wheels in a few months as we get closer to summer. I will be getting 18x8.5 in front and 18x10 in the rear. My car is lowered and I do love my wheels flush. Peter @ iForged and I have spoke, and I think we are going to go a little more aggressive on the offset than he usually does. Currently I am running the AP2V2 wheels, stock for an MY06. I have 20mm spacers front and rear and running 215-45 front and 255-40 rear with no rubbing out of the azenis.

I dont know what the actual number is for the offset I will be running. I am hoping ot keep the lips around 1.75 in front and closer to 3 in the rear. I have some 3 piece wheels on my last vehicle and thats about where I was at.

I think I will probably need to stretch the tires a bit in rear, but am not sure on sizes on this wheel. Can you suggest a good size and quote me what the package as a set will cost me? Im trying to get an idea of the total so I can have it set aside.

Your car looks clean.
What brand spacers are you running?

I would say the size tires you are listing are wrong. They are 1" taller than stock and with the car lowered I would think you are going to have problems. The correct size s should be 225/40R18 and with the 18X10 rear you would want to be in a 265/35R18 rear.
If I can help let me know.
