I need help with fitment...volk gt7 18's

I'm planning on getting the volk gt7's and I was wondering if I'll rub...

18x7.5 front w/+50 offset with toyo t1s 225/40/18
18.8 rear w/+50 offset with 255/35/18

I'm lowered with tein s-tech springs. It seems like I'm kind of rubbing with my stock 17's....

The fronts may be okay but I had a 18x8 + 50 rim with a 225/40/18 tire in the front and I rubbed at stock height when pushing the car on some of our drives. I most certainly would have rubbed a lowered car a lot more. Stiffer springs and shocks would have helped this though.
