Personally, I'm not a fan of all season tires. They are not optimal in warm or cold. A rwd car - especially one as neutral as the S2000 - should really be on winter tires for the snow. Some people use all seasons but some people also completely destroy their s2000's because of lack of grip in the snow (you'll see threads pop up over the course of the winter with title's like "Totaled" or "Lost it in the snow" or "Got stuck"). Also, having good summer tires in the S2000 when warm makes the car a lot more fun to drive. In short, I recommend getting 2 sets of tires - 1 summer set and 1 winter set. That way you'll always have the right tool for the job.

If you have the summer wheels and tires I would actually look at a performance winter tire instead of an all season tire. Even in the dry a winter tire is going to give you 30Percent better grip at 45 degrees or colder.
If I can help let me know.
