How's This For Customer Service?
After much reading here I decided to replace my Potenza S02s with the S03s. I oredered from Tirerack about 12:30 PM on Wedensday. The tires were drop-shipped from Delaware to my local installer in New York on Thursday morning and were on my car ready to roll in less than 24 hours. $33.00 for shipping. Great customer service! I really have to give you folks credit. Thanks Jim and crew!

Brake pads must take a little longer. I ordered mine on Tuesday of last week and they could only manage to get them to me on Thursday.
TireRack will go the extra mile for you. 3 years ago I ordered track pads for one of my 3000GT's at the last minute. We discovered the back pads were incorrect when they were delivered to my home. They arranged to ship the correct pads to my hotel in St. Louis in time for me to install them prior to the event and picked up the wrong ones from my house while I was away. All at no charge to me.

Customer Service is a HUGE part of running a successful business!
Everyone at tirerack is super-helpful! ( for Jim!)
Everytime I have placed an order so for, it has been under 24 hours.
I placed an order at 4pm Wednesday, got my brake rotors and pads at noon on Thursday!
