how will these sizes affect me?
well i know this subject has been discussed many times and even though ive read and tried to comprehend all of them for the last few weeks im afraid im still ignorant in the actual affects size differences will make.
so my question is with my ap1 dropped an inch on eibach prokit springs and the ap1 wheels replaced with 17x7.5 +45 front and 17x8 +48 rear will 215/45 tires fit in the front and 245/45 tires fit in the rear without rubbing.
please if you dont know or dont like my question dont flame me. its not that im a noob a moron or even that i cant do math. i just dont trust my own calculations when it comes to wheels and tires. but these are what ive already bought and im wondering if the car being dropped an inch would be too much now. thanx for any replies.

well how do you think it would be if i was lowered 1" but went with an aggressive allignment? i was thinkin like the uk specs. im really tryin to keep from doin anything to the car that i cant easily reverse. unless its something small like the bumper tab relocation.

Different wheels. I am running 17x8 +45 in the rear on 245's, I had a 1.5 inch drop and I rubbed on big bumps. At a .75" drop I don't rub unless the car suspension really gets compressed by a huge bump.
No way around it unless you get a higher offset rim, raise the car, or roll your fenders.

so does anyone else have any advice for me that doesnt involve permanent modification to the car?
Springs:
Springs are the lowest cost suspension mod you can do, and can significantly alter the look and handling of your S2k. If what you’re looking for is to have your car sit lower to the ground for the “bling” effect, springs are the most cost-effective way to do it. There’s a trade-off here. The stock suspension was engineered specifically for the stock spring height. When you put in shorter springs, you mess up the geometric design of the system. Frankly, the car will not handle as well. (No matter what self professed “experts” might say.) Lowering springs alone are for looks only. Not only will they not improve the handling of your S2000, but they will actually diminish it.
