yea it'll be fine, might need just a little bit of camber..

an 8+35 in back is about the same as a 9+47 in terms of where the wheel sits with the fender so you can do a search for 9+47 or 9+45 to get some pics of what that looks like.

why dont you just roll them and then you can get exactly the look you want
im low and even with a 9 +47 with a 245 i rubbed, i rolled and relocated and its fine now; and it was really easy fender work

he wants the stretch look so he'll be fine with those sizes... If he wanted more tire on there then a more conservative offset would be better

yep it really depends on how low you are, I had 18x9+55 with 225/255 tires and I didn't rub until I was about 2" lowered... I did have camber though -1.5 in front and -2.5 rear

ok i must be an idiot bc i cant find any tires that match the tire size needed to get the desired look.

i went to tyrestretch.com and looked that different tire sizes to find the look i wanted.

Looks like i need: 185/35/17 and 195/40/17

But i cant find any tires that fit that size.
Can anyone help?

That's because those tire sizes are so ridiculous that they don't even exist. A 185/35/17 is 2.5" shorter diameter than stock! Regardless of tire width, you need to make sure you at least keep the diameter close to stock. Bottom line, if you want any kind of stretch and run a reasonable tire size then you need to step up your wheel width, at least 8"/9". Minimum tire size I would run is 215/45/17 front and 245/40/17 rear. For a stretch, you will need at least 8.5" wheel front and 9.5" rear. I suppose you could run 205/45 and 225/40 if you don't mind sacrificing handling, at least the diameter is close.
