Guys, I know its contrary to most other aftermarket wheels, but the RPF1's use the factory ball seat lugs.
My guess is all Enkei’s do, and our factory wheels are made by Enkei, which may or may not have something to do with it.
I run factory lugs and wheel locks on mine, I have for a very long time.

I have had 4 different sets of RPF1's, all conical seat. 1 set was purchased through Tirerack and they included conical lug nuts. I can't find any data anywhere that indicates they are ball seat.

Yup those aren't really locks. I have the same lugs on my civic and fit and the key works on all of them. Sure it makes it alittle hard to take them off but as other said it is possible with a socket.
