Highest comfort tires?
Mostly for highway or street...
Planning on doing a road trip but I don't want to burn my rs3 so I'm about to buy some comfort tires to enjoy the roadtrip not planning on racing so if you guys got any opinion on comfort tires I'll be happy to hear them.
I got rpf1 17x8+45 front and 17x9+40 rear..

Given the money it would cost to have the old tires unmounted, new tires mounted/balanced, then to reverse the process after the trip, I'd say it's not worth it. Save yourself the money and headache and just keep the RS3s for the road trip.

you are stressing too much. take a deep breath and rethink. 80 dollars for mounting and balancing x 2 is about 1/4 of the cost of buying a new set of rs3s. you wont even touch that with your road trip. hydroplaning is not an issue of you manage your speed when its pooring

Another option for you... buy a used set of wheels/tires for cheap off Craigslist. Use those for your road trip, then resell them once you get back home. You might only be down $50 or so, which will be much cheaper than buying a new set of tires and swapping them out with your current wheels.
