Default Help with tire size for ADVAN RGII's

Just want to hear some suggestions on this. Just purchased some ADVAN RGII's in the 17 x 8 (+45) F and 17 x 8.5 (+50) R flavor. Gonna be running Varis GT Aero front fenders (10mm). Went with the 17 x 8 vs. the standard 17 x 7.5 in the front to accomodate the 10mm wider fenders. Thanks.

Just because you have 17x8 doesn't mean you needed wider fenders.... People run 17x9, 18x9 in the front with the stock fenders.

With that said 225f/245r should work fine

well im wanting to steer away from pulling, rolling, stretching tires, and heavy camber.....it just hard for me to see the benifit of having a 9" wide tire but yet your gonna stretch a tire so the contact patch is just like having an 8" wide wheel with no stretch (my math may be a bit off)....i can understand stretching a tire for lowering the S for "flush-appeal"...but in San Diego....roads show no love The option of having a 17 x 9 Advan RGII.... left me with the only option of a +45 offset which i believe would have left me .75 inches or approx. 20mm beyond the fender. Thats some heavy cam-bage.

If you are not willing to do anything I would stay with the 215/45R17 and 245/40R17 set up. The 225/45R17 with the 17X8 and 45mm offset could rub depending on the tire and the alignment setting.
If I can help let me know.
