with all previosly posted tire size advise,
I'd also like to reccomend the you use the same kind of tires all around (I mean same make and model) It makes a big difference especially in the wet IMO
Goodluck!!

I've got an idea, buy OEM RE050, and you won't have any problems. I find it hard to believe your car is 3" lower than stock. If it is why in the world would you want the car that low?
I have RE01R's 215 front/255 rear. I'm going back to stock. I don't like how the car handles with the wider tires upfront. It's hard to explain, but the additional understeer makes the car feel heavy. At limit handling is probably better, but who approaches the limit in the street? Also keep in mind wider tires are heavier.

And how long did they last ?

the front tires are still going strong but the back haven't. I changed them twice, and the lsat time I did was about 18 months ago prob? maybe 10k's miles? not sure to be honest cuz I avg only like 6ks miles a year on the car.

Yeah, I want to go same tires all around but the front just has too much tread life on it. Almost 75% life left.

Why do you find that hard to believe? And I like the look of a car when its low I dont like tire gaps btw the fenders.

they were ok tires. gotta be honest, once you hit about 80 and plus the car seems to be not as grounded as other tires. I don't know how to explain it but it feels like its very unstable/whobbly.
IMO, you're making a mistake mixing tire compounds. Be extremely careful on variable surfaces (wet to dry), as the relative grip front to rear can change in an instant with different tires on each axle.

You may want to check the toe settings on your alignment. Toe out in the rear can give that unstable feeling you're describing.
