Here's the deal: I have brand new falken tires on the rear and pretty much brand new yokohamas on the front. I currenlty am saving up dough for other expenses so i need to know which other half of tires i should get. and they need to be one that would be more benefitial to me on the autocross course. the 512s have good ratings, but they are all seasons. while the yokohamas are summer tires, but i heard they over heat like crazy. which one? thanks in advance.

Both are horrible if you watn to auto-x. I would suggest Hankook rs2's or falken 615's for a budget auto-x tire.

I have the Yokohamas and they are shit! I am going with Khumo or Toyo next time around!

Both are not autocross tires. They will squeal and loose traction easily. I agree get the Hankook rs2's or falken 615's if you are on a budget and want to autocross.

both are bad bad choices

es100 came out around 4 years ago, it was not the class leader back then and there's so many cheaper tires that out performs it today.

falken 512 is what i have for my daily driving miata, notice they have a very round shoulder and limited grip(allseason btw). I break traction easily with 116hp of fury

615, mx are much better choice for street/autox tires.
