The Prelude wheels will not be hubcentric on the S2K and they probably do not have enough load capacity. You obviously can put them on and work but not work correctly
the front hubs are the correct size, the rears are not. You can buy hubcentric rings if you wish. There is alot of discussion on this board about the requirement for hubcentric rings and aftermarket wheels. There are many that think, including me, that it isn't necessary. I've used these rims for 4 winters, with no problems. My summer Volks also aren't hubcentric, and I've driven on them for 15,000 kms, with no problems. Many others have as well.

In terms of load capacity, I assume you mean the rims themselves? Well a prelude is heavier than an s2000, so I can't see how that's an issue.
