Question Hankook Z221 tires
I plan to begin HPDE with my 07 S2K and am looking hard at the Hankook Z221. I live in Lafayette, La. and will potentially HPDE from Georgia to Texas, mostly Spring thru Fall, encountering some high temps. Of the available compounds, would C3 (hardest) or C5 (medium) be the best overall tire to use? Thanks.

The harder compound will handle the heat the best, and last the longest. I'm in Texas and went with the hard compound for that reason.
