Grr.. Tire Rack mis-ships my order
Last thursday I ordered some Yoko A032R's from TireRack.com. I had to call back after I ordered I had to call to get the heat cycled (since that option doesn't appear to be available from the website) and make sure s2ki.com got proper credit. The woman I spoke to had no idea of the affiliate program nor of what s2ki was. I tried explaining the whole thing to her to no avail. I later spoke to Jim and made sure s2ki.com got the deserved credit. I also paid for 2 day FedEx to make sure I'd get them by Wednesday since I'd have a difficult time getting to the installer thursday or friday and am leaving for Monterey on Saturday morning. I got my confirmation email Thursday indiciating they would indeed ship two day air. When I called them back they told me the tires would likely be shipping Friday, from Reno.
I got my Shipping Confirmation Email today, but they shipped Today from Indiana and the email indicates that they shipped the tires 3 Day which means I'll get them Thursday for a Thursday or Friday installation. Not exactly what I had in mind or what I paid for.
I guess I'll call in the morning to see what my options are.
