Default Got My Rims But There Is A Weird Noise...?

I got my Volk LE28N in 18x7.5 Front and 18x8.5 in the Rear.

My right rear wheel makes a weird squeaky scrathy noise whenever i hit a dip wrong. Does anyone know what that might be?

Another thing about my right rear wheel is that it sticks out more than my left rear. Is there any way to adjust this? Or is there just something wrong with my rear axle?

Thanks in advance!

sounds like one of your rims isn't seated properly on the hub - take it off and re-mount it.
