Default Goodyear's Eagle F1 GS-D2 any good?

Has anyone tried the Goodyear Eagle F1 GS-D2? The tread design looks very much like the EO tire. Take a look at this site
http://www.goodyeartires.com/catalog/produ...s/EAGF1GSD.html

Thanks for any help

The tire is OK but it has limited sizes. It is not better than the OE tire or the S03 Pole Position.

Thanks Jim for the reply
Since Goodyear owns Sumimotto and Dunlop do you think that G00DYEAR took the design from Dunlop and produced the Eagle FI GS-D2? What do you think of the Dunlop
SP Sport 9000? Is that better than the Goodyear Eagle F1 GS-D2?

There are a couple of guys on the UK board who are running Eagle F1s on the OEM rims. 205/55 fronts, 245/45 rears and they are very happy with their performance in both wet and dry conditions. I used them myself on my last car and was impressed with both their grip and longevity.

Goodyear does not own Sumitomo. Sumitomo did sell the Dunlop line to Goodyear but they are not involved with design or mfg of the tires at this time. Sumitomo is one of the largest corporations in the world.
The problem is Goodyear does not make the F1 for the car.
