Thumbs up Good ole offset question

This has probably been beaten to death, but I need to know what workable wheel offset possible on stock size tires.

I'm planning on buying some CR KAI's, hookup from japan comes out to be $250/wheel with $25 shipping on each wheel. So brand new CR kai's for 1100 shipped.

What is the most safe aggressive offset I can run for 17" without having to roll fenders.

I plan on using the same tire size from factory.

I'm thinking either 17x8.5 fronts and 17x9.0 rears if that is possible, but am clueless about offsets.

Also, forgot to add that I am lowered on Neuspeed springs, about 1 finger gap all around.

thanks

I hoping to get some work wheels soon. I'm planning on getting 17x8 front with an offset of 47-48 and 17x9 rear offset 44-45 for a little concave look. For tires, it will be 222/45/17 and 255/40/17 Bridgestone RE-11. I believe these will work without any need for fender mod.

I run a 17x9 +63 rear with a 255. Lowered about an inch, no fender mods, no rubbing.
