Hey guys..
So this is just another desperate wheel thread, but I seriously need help....
I have a budget of $1400 to spend on a new set of wheels for my '08 S, and i just need help finding sites that sell solid wheels but fit the S2k fitment. I guess I am just not looking in the right places...
My ideal style of wheels would either be Racing Mesh style like BBS LM or LM-R (reps).. Or, the Spoke style like Advan Racing Type R's...
Anyone know any good reps that i could look at, any help would be SO MUCH appreciated. 18" would be even better

Hmm what do you mean by fit? Are you looking for close to OEM specs or are you willing to roll your fenders? I take it you have OEM's on the car now? There is numerous Enkei's that come in good sizes just look in the vendors areas. Also if your budget of $1400 for just wheels or wheels and tires together? If it is just wheels you should have no issues unless you are looking for brand new BBS or advans which will still be outside of your range. Rota makes just about every possible replica you could want so again ask some of the vendors what they have availible. If you don't want that then your best bet is posting a WTB thread and hounding the FS forum until you find a set you like.

 

Thank you Manga for your reply. Yes, i do have ap2 v2 wheels on her now, but hopefully will change. 1400 is for the wheels only, no tires, and i was thinking at that price i should be able to find something..! Rota? i have never heard of Rota but i will forsure check it out, thanks for advice!

 

At that price range I'd see if I could find a good deal used.

 

have you been under a rock for the last 10 years? LOL! dont forget to check your regional for sale section to see if you can find a deal.

 

Yeah I would look through the gallery as well and hit up some of the vendors on here. They will help you out for sure. New you are looking at some kind of replica wheel like rota or Enkei makes a quality Non replica wheel thats light and strong, used you can find "real" wheels but it may take longer. You can try and search craigslist as well. If you have questions about a specific wheel post up the specs.

You may be able to find some advans for your price range but you may be looking for a while.

i would look into the enkei rpf1 wheels if you like that style, best bang for the buck wheel i think and super light. available in tons of sizes
i know there are some specials on them in the vendor section right now. even the special sbc color(black chrome-ish)
