I'm going to be ordering new tires for my 2005 S2K with stock rims. Looking to go up to a 225 in the front. The question: Do I go with a 225/45/17 or with a 225/40/17? Also--If there's already a post on this, if somebody could direct me to it, I would appreciate that as well. Thanks for the help!

The tire size would be 225/45R17 front.

 

If replacing all four tires, consider a wider 255/40 in the rear as well.
