Default Fitment Question - F: 17x8+35 R: 17x9+45

I may be picking up wheels next weekend, and I wanted to confirm I can fit them with the experts here on the board

(I'm lowered about 2 inches with Buddy Club N+)

Front: 17x8+35

Rear: 17x9+45

I believe the rear would be fine with a roll, but how much fender work would I need to fit those fronts? Also, what tire size would you recommend? 225 up front, 245 in the rear?

Thanks ya'll!!

rears should be fine with 245s and a roll, especially if you've got some decent camber... might have to relocate the fender tab if you are super low. fronts with 225s will be tighter, might rub on the fender liner but it's easy to trim back.
