Default Fitment Question

I have CE28's in 17x8 +38 and 17x9 +40 that I recently installed Bridgestone RE11 225/255's on. I took the car to Evasive to get the fenders rolled and tabs relocated. Once the car was lowered onto the ground with the wheels on, there was about a half an inch of tire sticking out on both the fronts and backs.... I've seen people run these offsets here on the forum before, and I'm wondering what I need to do to make these work on stock fenders? I'm willing to do some pulling but I'm thinking maybe actual bodywork will be inevitable?

I'm running Bilstein PSS9's and about -1 front -2 rear camber right now, willing to go up to maybe -2, -3 if possible.

Increase the negative camber as you mention. Basically, for every degree of negative camber you run, it's like 5mm more clearance at the top. Those offsets should be just about dead perfect.

you shouldn't need additional fender work, just add more camber, also 215/245 might've been better for not rubbing

Yeah I think I'm gonna switch to those widths. Does the fact that I have PSS9's vs. a stiffer coilover make a big difference when entering driveways, etc. as far as rubbing is concerned? I have to go up a very steep driveway to get in my garage.
