Falken fk452 or Toyo T1R

I have heard good things about the two and probably pretty comparable to each other, but Falkens are like 20 to 30 bucks cheaper per tire.

What do you guys think? I am going to run these daily, no snow, just rain in california.

i had both and i like t1r better because if has more grip than the fk452. both are great tires during the rainy season.
