Falken Azenies
has anyone tried out these tires on the s2k? if so, how did you like it and how was it? i love the style of the tires a lot. very aggresive lookin but many ppl have these tires on civics and tegs, havne't seen any on an s2k. i saw the 225/245 for 17's. would that be a good size? if not, the rims i am lookin to pick up are going to be 17x7.5, 17x8.5 most likely, what size tires would eb able to fit? i want te backs to be pretty wide and what tires should i go with? oh by the way, the tires are for pretty spirited and aggressive driving.

azenis are awesome tires, tons of grip and very predictable, nice stiff sideway, excellnet in the dry, and not to bad in the wet/snow, dont believe what people say, that they suck in the wet, the people that say that are the ones that think they can drive the same in wet as they do in the dry, respect the road conditions and drive like you have some sense and youl be fine, i had azenis on my type r, and i drove in rainstorms, and last winter was a huge snow storm, i didnt miss one day of work, they actually did pretty well in the snow
and with 17x7.5 and 17x8.5 , 225-45-17 and 245-45-17 whould be great, falken under rated there tires, there really a 235 and a 255, just make sure you have the right offset for such wide tires, the higher the offset the better

no problem, all the work meister s2r's iv seen on an S havent had a deep dish, they had a nice lip, the nature of the S is high offset rim, +50 threw +60 ish, those offsets dont really allow for a deep dish
bte the lower the offset the furhter the rims sticks out, ie the more lip/dich you have, the S has rubbing issues when you have the wrong offset, you can get a rim with a dish but its gonna take alot of fender work to get them to fit without rubbing and messing shit up, also might come in contact with the rear suspension pieces if its really wrong offset
