Wow, your toe was totally hosed, front and rear! CRAZY toe-out up front and ridonkulously high toe-in in back. The car should behave MUCH more naturally now. And you'll get MUCH more tire life.

Is the mechanic right about the caster being maxed out at 6 degree ? I am lowered on koni yellow (lower perch) + eibach pro spring

I wouldn't worry about the caster (but then, as stated above, I think it's overrated!). I don't think you (or I) would notice a big difference between 6 degrees and 6.5 degrees, anyway. Camber and toe are much more important.
