Default Enkei RPF1 for S2000

I'm looking to get set of Enkei RPF1 17 x 8 all around with 38 offset all around. My first question is:

1. It's 17 x 8 with 38 offset good for a S2000?

2. What size tires would I need? (Front and Rear)

3. After tires size would I need my fenders rolled?

Please give any info you have. Thanks in advance.
