Enkei RPF1 fitment
I am really liking the Enkei RPF1, but I am not convinced that the +45 offsets will really work without fender modifications.
Has anyone got the RPF1's in 17x7.5 +48 and 17x9 +45 with the 215/245 combo and not had any clearance issues?
I don't mind relocating the fender tabs and stuff, but I really don't want to roll the fenders.
I am at stock height now, with no plans of lowering, but don't want to rule out a small drop in the future.
Will 235 rears help the situation?
thanks,
Dave

stock height you will be fine, maybe even up to an inch drop youll be fine. Any lower and you will need to roll your fenders and run a bit of negative camber

basically you will need to roll the rears if you plan on a drop in the future. Go with 245 rears . I have 17x8 17x9 225/245 combo and had the rear rolled and widened about 1/2 inch by body shop , didnt need to do the 1/2' wider but had it done wh en it was there . Im going to 255 R now .

i just put rpf1s on and im rocking 17x8/9 +45 and tires are 225/45/17 front and 255/40/17 rear.. on stock height its clearing but there is too much height i am putting my coilovers on today ill take some before and after pics... keep in mind i did roll all four of my fenders and have the rear bumper trimmed and the tabs relocated about 4inches back.
