Default Dunlop sp 9000

They are Dunlop SP 9000 and are 245 35 18. Anybody familiar with these tires?
Here is a link to check them out, they are actually pretty reasonable:

I was also reading this particular sellers feedback and i saw a few negative feedback's regarding the tires' age. They are supposedly brand new, but have been sitting for over 2 years (what i read in a couple feedbacks). Do tires age (the quality)?

I show the tire is discontinued. In our testing they were good in the wet and so so in the dry. The GSD3 is a lot better all around perforrming tire.
