no it doesnt?
how will swapping the rims matter?
im under the impressino that he got new tires, and hes not sure that they put the tires back on right rear to right rear, etc.
are the rims directional or something (seriously?)
i know some old cars the rims had to stay on the same side cuz the rims looked directional, but the s2k rims are symetrical, no?

I am not sure what you are asking but the wheels can be switched side to side. The tires normally should not be moved side to side especially if they are directional tires. I would make sure they do not have a front wheel on the rear.
Either way they would not cause a noise.
