Does changing tire sizes affect Alignment?
I've notice some vibration in my S2000 at highway speeds ever since I changed to new tires. I replaced the stock tires on my MY04 S2K about 6 months ago, I decided to go with the Goodyear F1's, based on a lot of good feedback & advice on this site. I kept my OEM 17" rims but went "1 size larger" on the tires; ie to the 225/45/17 fronts & 255/40/17 rears. I've tried rebalancing the tires but that hasn't helped. The car handles great & I dont notice the shake a lower speeds, just at say 50-70mph. Any ideas? Does anyone know if a re-alignment would normally be needed, due to my changing the tire sizes? THANKS!!

No, if you have never had your alignment checked it might be a good idea due to the age/miles on the car.
50-70 mph vibrations usually indicates wheels are out of balance.
