Direzza ZII Star Spec
#11
The Star Spec versions are usually just tuned for quicker warmup. Not sure this was ever a problem with the original ZII as much as it was for the original ZI but Im still excited to try a set this winter. Hopefully that means they don't overheat even faster than the ZII, though.

We have not tested them yet. I am sure that will happen soon. We have the 255/40R17 and the 225/45R17 in stock now. i am sure they are going to be better as they are not going to spend so much money on design and mfg. and not have them better.
If I can help let me know.

Anybody have any first hand experience with both? The ZII is in close out right now so I'm tempted to pick some up. I was originally planning on the Star Spec, but the regular ZII can be had for a good price right now.

Curious about the comparison between the two as well. Star specs would run about $150 more for a set in the sizes I'm looking at.
Kinda balling on a budget so every little bit help, but if the star specs are a huge improvement I'd be willing to pay that extra money.
