I was wondering if someone could tell me if there is a difference between the volk ce28's and ce28n's and what it is. thanks

do you mean CE28NF? If so, then the difference is that the spokes go all the way to the edge of the lip...

I don't think so. The post you sent me to mentioned ce28n and ce28nf. Do you know what the n stands for? Is it just a difference in color selection. I know the ce28n's come in bronze, silver and gun metal gray.
