Default Critique my alignment

So I had orginally planned on going -1.0 in the front and -2.0 in the rear, 0 toe front, and min. toe rear. After taking with the shop, they suggested that if the car was plowing (as it was) then more camber up front was the remedy. Well, I get back to the shop and these are the specs. What do you think?

Definitely better but a lot of it has to do with what you use the car for and how you drive it.

I only drive the s2k once a week and do some autocross/track throughout the year and at -2.8f/-3.1r on RS3s I'm still getting more outside wear than inside. I've got camber joints to toss on the car then I'm going to try -3.3 all around and hope that it doesn't throw off the balance too much. I'm happy with the way it handles but I'd like to even out the tire wear a bit more.

Looks great! Some my cry "low caster", but IMO caster can be somewhat overrated...

Should turn in much better with the increased front camber and minimized rear toe.

Dan...from reading your posts, I must give you credit and say you're the reason I went with so little toe in the rear.

almost the same as my specs brett...and i think dan may have been the reason i dialed out some of the toe in the rear as well

Rear toe-in is of the DEVIL! When I tried it on purpose, it sucked. When it crept back in without my knowledge (loose adjusters?), I was dumbstruck by how AWFUL the car handled (all over the place in a straight line in the wet or over bumps, but wouldn't turn in for the world when presented with an actual corner). Totally relieved when I found out that's all it was, I'd thought the car was possessed!

Even ignoring 2x or greater rear tire wear rate, excessive rear toe-in sux for driveability and handling 4 realzies...

So since Raleigh only has fun corners when turning right, does it stand to reason that my alignment was totally fubar on the right do to taking only right hand corners much harder than left?

thats a great alignment ideally a bit more camber all round but thats probably maxxed out at stock ride height
well done not going too high on the rear toe!

I will probably go more camber when the coilovers go on, new wheels and tires coming later this year
