Typically, when I see pricing for wheels...am I seeing a price "per wheel"??? Most perfect example (being part of a "wish list") SSR GT-3s on The Tire Rack's site. I see a price of $529 (F) & $549

You are correct, everything is priced per item. When you purchase wheels and tires they do come in mounted and balanced ready to go.
