Thumbs up Correct tire size for new wheels

I just ordered a set of Volk Racing CE28N's in bronze and need some input on the correct tire size.

The wheels are 17" x 7.5 +50 and 17" x 9" +63.

I was thinking of running 225/45/17 up front and 255/40/17 in the rear. This will be the right size tire for the rim width and will put it really close to the factory stagger.

If anybody is running this wheel setup, any advice or tips on tire size would be much appreciated.

Thanks in advance,
Bob

Those sizes will fit fine, those are the sizes I run on my Work Emotion Forged.

Hey thanks for the feedback. As sort of a bonus, the overall diameter difference from front to rear with the stock setup is only .0984".

The setup I am looking at is only .0591" different in the overall diameter. I was trying to keep the stagger close to the stock specs.

Thanks for the info,
Bob
