Default Center Caps on Volk Wheels

Im getting a set of volks powdercoated right now. What is the easiest way to get out the center caps? Hitting a piece of wood onto the back of the center cap?

Whatever you do, don't push it out from the center. Just carefully pry them off from the sides. You'll want to do it from the back of the center cap, not the front

Put a towel down on the back of the cap and gently tap it out with a hammer and some sort of hard object. It won't dent up if you pad it well enough.
