They're really expensive, but light as hell; 8.5 lbs. Apparently they have seen them knock half a second off 0-60 times, although no mention of the weight of wheels they replaced.

They look a bit unusual, but given they can make the spokes, which are magnesium, look however you want, a good looking set should be possible.
Presumably if one were just going for looks, one wouldn't spend $3000 a wheel, anyway.
