Car Pulling to Right

Car Pulling to Right
To start, it's not a tire pressure issue, as there is 30psi in all four.
Story: I just put a set of used AP1 wheels with almost new (9-10/32) winter tires on my 2005 Honda s2000, so that I'll be able to drive my car cross country come January. I've been on Eagle F1s with AP2 wheels until now and the car has always driven perfectly. Now, with the winter tires/AP1 wheels, the car pulls right under acceleration and even harder during VTEC... then pops back left and drives straight when you're off the throttle. I've done a bit of research already and I know the #1 cause of this is a difference in tire pressures. Strangely enough, the tire pressures are all the same and I had my car aligned a couple of months ago.
Some information that may help diagnose:
-I put Bilstein PSS coilovers on this summer, and got the car aligned to near stock measurements, slightly more on the aggressive side.
-I had the AP2 wheels on with Eagle F1s (symmetric up front, asymmetric in the rears - I did this at the time because I only needed new rears, and it was right when they switched to aysms).
-- Tread on the F1s are FL/FR: 5/32, RL - 3/32, RR -2/32 (note that the rear right wore a little faster than the rear left, and this is what side it pulls to, could this be a possible clue?)
Possible causes that I could think of:
1. Balance of the tires/wheels could be off?
2. The alignment may have changed in the rears with a narrower wheel?
Thanks in advance.

A bit of an update - I went ahead and switched the front tires and the problem was still there.
I then switched my rears, and I THINK the problem wasn't as bad, but it was still kind of there. This may have just been the crown of the road drifting me right while accelerating. Hard to say.
Again I feel like this shouldn't be a suspension or alignment issue, as I'm PRETTY sure my car didn't act like this with my AP2 wheels/summer tires.
I'm pretty stumped. Maybe these winter tires are just more susceptible to the car drifting right, due to the crown of a road...?
