Default Can I use wheels with a 60.1 hub bore?

Looking to purchase a set of wheels that are made for a Toyota and have 60.1mm hub bore sizes. Are there any adapters I can use to make them work on an S2000?

Thanks
Matt

The fronts are about 70mm and the rears are 64mm I think. Those wheels will need the centers bored out to make them fit on our cars.

Thanks. I recall reading somewhere that running certain spacers can alleviate the issue. Can anyone confirm or elaborate on this?

Looks like this site makes wheel adapters that are both hub and wheel centric. Thoughts?

if u have some offset to spare, u can get by with 5mm spacers to move the bore on the wheels off of the oversized hub. it is slightly dangerous as you're going to lose some threads on stock lugs. I've been on mine for about 10k miles and haven't had issues yet

Fronts are 17x8 w 58mm offset, 6 7/8" back spacing, 235/40/17 tires

Rears are 17x9 w 62mm offset, 7.5" back spacing, 275/40/17 tires

Should have 5mm to spare, what do you guys think? Would it be safe to autocross with 5mm spacers?

With those high offsets, you can run a 10mm spacer with integrated studs (I believe that's the smallest spacer with integrated studs). You won't loose threads this way.

the ability to run studded spacers depends completely on the pad of the new wheel and if it will interfere with the original studs that are sticking through the spacer.

directed towards everyone.
5mm spacers are not recomended on OEM studs. 3mm is cutting it real close for allowable thread engagement. do not use 5mm. you should value your life and others around you more than that.. .

You're right, if the wheels in question have recessed holes inbetween where the drilled holes are, it could work with the studded spacers.
