can i use 17" rims and blizzak tires for winter?
sup guys..please help! I am currently riding with stock tires/rims but was looking for some winter tires and wheels. Then I had an idea, can i just use some 17" wheels sitting around in my garage and buy some nice blizzak winter tires for them? will it effect my riding at all or grip I get in the winter or roughness? I like the 16"s but this way I can save some money and not have to buy rims..in the summer I wanna switch back to my 16's..please help!?!?

The wheel specs for our cars are not close to anything standard, so the chance that these will fit is small. The offset is the thing that usually causes the wheel a problem.

Yes you can use the 17" wheels and Blizzak tires. They would not have as much traction as the 16" but they would be a lot better than no snow tires.
If I can help let me know.
