I might pick up a set of 18" Volk SE37's and I'm wondering if I can run these offsets on my S2000:

Front: 18x7.5 +42
Rear: 18x8.5 +45

its close...it should fit with some negative camber

 

You should be fine. Good luck and post some pictures with these on your 04 AP2. SE37s have always been my favorite OG wheel.

8+49 225/45 +.25deg more camber over stock
9+49 265/40 +.20deg more camber over stock rear fenders rolled 1.2"drop all the way around


going to your setup
you would be able to run a tire with a section width of 8.849" in the front
and a tire with a section width of 10.785 in the rear (assuming you roll your rear fenders
which puts you in the
225/40 front and a 255/45 in the rear range for an 18" rime and avaliable tires for an 18
