Buddy Club makes good wheels, yes. This wheel seems to be moderately priced as well. If you like the design, I say go for it.

P1 SF won't work. They don't have the right sizes. It is only 17 x 7 +42. The car isn't a Civic, so this will not work. The QF wheel they have in 17 x 9 +63, but it is around $450 a wheel because it is using forged technology.

The Motegi forged wheels are about 2/3rds the price and darn near the same weight.
