I recently bought these buddy club wheels (pictures below) and was wondering if anyone knows if the red lip is removable? and if so how?

Nope unless you strip it which will also remove whats under it. You could also have the powder coated a different color or painted a different color.

 

Spoke to the guy I bought them off apparently its just tape

I know this sounds anal but it did have a bearing on what colour to paint calipers and what colour wheel nuts to buy. I know!

I don't supposed I am asking in the right place but one of the "P1 Racing" stickers is fading and could do with being replaced. You wouldn't happen to know where to get them from?
