Bought my wheels. Stern ST-8. Drop?
I bought 4 Stern ST-8 in hypersilver.
18x8 / 114.3 / +48 Offset all around.
Plan is to stretch a 205 width on the front tires and run 255 on the rears.
Only question I have now is, with an 8" wide rim and 48 offset in the front how much drop can the car tolerate without rubbing?
I would probably like 1-1.5" of drop. Will the Tein S springs do this?
Spring reccomendations?

Thats a normal offset for the front. Just run -1.5 camber. The 255 is gonna be pinched on a 8 inch wheel. 9 inch would be better on the rear.
Would it be better to run 245 on the rear wheels?

look at these pics. Hes got the same size and offsets. Ask him what tires sizes hes got.

It says in the post that he has 215 ZR18's. That seems a little too skinny to have on front/back.
I think im going to stagger the tires. My eventual plans are boost, and 215 width tires on the rear arent going to hold any power.
I think minimum I should be looking at 215's for the front and 245-255 in the rear.
I wanted to stay 40 for the height, but if its not going to work with an 18" rim I can go 35 height.

Regarding the camber adjustment. My plan was to get the wheels and then take the car to a shop with a modern laser alignment. Would adjusting the camber be part of a normal alignment or do I have to take it to someone special to have the camber adjusted?

I was just asking if adjustment of camber is part of a normal alignment. A simple yes or no would have done just fine.
