Hey, I'm thinking of getting my wheels painted. What would you guys recommend i do? I wanted to do black chrome on the faces of the wheels but it's kinda expensive. Anyone have any suggestions.

Thanks

First make sure you can take the wheels apart and then find out if you can reuse the bolts. If not you are looking at a very expensive paint job. If they are going to be powder coated also make sure that they do not use too much heat as the wheels will soften.

This.

As for suggestions on color, I think a darker silver would look very clean on your car. I'm not as big a fan of black wheels so probably not that. If you wanted to go with a "derty" look you could do red or a burnt metallic orange.

a gunmetal color for the rim face and polished lip would look pretty good. it will go with the darker accents on the car (dark tint and black soft top)

i redid my blitz type 01's. i did the faces with bose silver from powderbuythepound.com.

the bolts are reusable, just dont overtorque them and break them when you put them back on.
