better track tire
toyos r888, nitto nt01, mich pilot sport cup or yokahoma a048..............what tire is better for track use, at the same time being driven 100 miles to and from track events.

The Yokos will wear much faster than the other options you provided and they cost a lot more too.
The Nitto's only have a full tread for the first 2/32" so they would be less than ideal in the event of rain during your track commute.
The Pilot SC's are a little pricey and I've heard they heat cycle out quickly. Your commute would be hard on them.
The R888's are probably your best bet as they should wear slower than te Yokos and Mich's. They also have a full depth tread that would be suitable for rain driving.
I would get a tire trailer if I were you and pick up a set of NT01's.
If you don't want to do a tire trailer, I would go with Toyo RA1's.

I would say the Pilot Sport Cups are the best option. They are designed to be able to run on the street and the track. If you heat cycle the tires they are going to give you good tread life as well.
