Best Wheel And Tire Setup...
Ok guys. I am used to being able to run the same size wheels and tires all around. Been a honda fanatic forever and just now getting my dream car...S2000.
My question is not about brand on wheels and tires, but what you guys feel is the best setup for size and offset. I'm not really used to this stagger thing, so that is why I wanted to see if there was a general consensus on sizes. I do want to keep the stagger so dont' give me this just run 4 of the same stuff.
Thanks for all your help in advance.

I'm sure that oem is great. OEM isn't in my blood. I think that even if I had purchased a 250,000 dollar car, I would be modifying something.
Is a 17 usually what people go with on the s2k? I was really thinking bigger, and wider but that is why I am asking. I have done some homework and could figure out something that would work, but I'm asking what works best from the guys who have had em.

The 17" and 18" are very popular on the car. It still gets down to what you want out of the tires and wheels. If you are looking for a track set up the 17" is probably better with the lighter weight. If not the 18" looks great on the car and you can go wider on both of these set ups.
If I can help let me know.

17s handle the best, and look best IMO.
My sizes/offsets are:
17x7.5 + 48
17x8.5 + 54
Just make sure you have higher offsets than most cars run.
I would personally get a forged 17'' wheel like Volks, or personally, Prodrive.
I had 17x7.5/9 Volk LE37 and now have my GC07.
In the end, I recommend a 225/255 tire stagger. This seems to have a good balance between fitment (of course depends on your specific wheels, but common wheels), traction, and under/over steer correction.

Got mine OZ ultraleggra 18" with 245 rear and 225 front on eagle F1 tires. I have to say the combo is awsome, I really like the SO2 on the OEM, but the wet traction was never very good on it and it was harsh even on the 16 inch wheels. the new 18 I thought would be really harsh but not at all. the softer sidewall works great with the 18" wheels it's as comfortable as stock. In the turns it is a little slower turn in than the SO2, but it's more stable in the corners and the traction is as good if not better than stock, since it is a more forgiving tire at limit and less abrupt i feel more confident. The wet traction on these is superb and it's almost as good as dry. these tires requires about 400 miles of break in before pushing it, but it's worth the wait and the wheel and tire combo looks awsome.
