best tires for longevity
hey everyone i am currently on hankook ventus v12 evos and i liked them but i went threw them quite quickly. my s is my dd so buying tires every half a very is not something i want to do so what is a tire that will last me longer for a good price

Pilot Super Sports .......done , never look back ...theses tires are by far the best you can buy for what you want IMHO

keep in mind that the S came with extreme performance 140 TWR tires. You will sacrifice performance and safety for longevity. All that said, since it's your daily, a lot of folks will run Conti. DWSs (540 TWR), which will last a lot longer than V12s, provide all season capability and arent hard on the wallet. Like any all-season tire on an S, you really are changing a key aspect of the car by putting higher TWR tires on it. jm2c.

Also note that you will get more life out of a 200 UTQG tire with the right alignment (0 toe front and close to 0 toe-in in the rear) than you will with say a 500 UTQG tire and an alignment with lots of toe (hondas "acceptable" range) .
