Does anybody know the exact size rims for the BBS RG-R? I want 17 or 18 but I am not sure of the width and the different sizes for the front and back. Also does anybody have pictures of an S2000 with the RG-R?

After years of pondering, I think I also have decided to finally get the BBS RG-Rs, however, I think I will go with the 17s. Does anyone out there have the RG-Rs in 17"? Any performance loss? Any rubbing? Are you lowered? Also, does anyone actually have pictures of th 17s, I have only ever seen pictures of the 18s? Thanks in advance for any and all help!

 

The 17" wheels are 17X7.5 ET48 439.00 and 17X8.5 ET55 459.00 each. I don't have any pictures on the car. I also have not heard of any rubbing with this wheel. You could use 225/45R17 and 245/40R17 rear no problem.

Jim, what finish do the BBS RGRs have? I heard that the wheels come in a couple of finishes. I was wondering if Tirerack has more than one option for the finish?

 

I would also like to know about the color choices. The BBS Japan web site shows an "SP" version that has a polished lip, can we get that here?

 

Wow- if anyone needs any motivation to get these wheels, I must say, they are the most beautiful wheels I have ever seen on a street car. If I had the spare cash, I would definitly get them.

Is this finish available in North America?

 

I believe Tirerack only gets the DBK (like mine) finish.

 

Jim, is a bigger lip available on the RG-Rs? It just needs a bigger lip in the back
