Its bad to mix brands of tires on ANY car.....on top of that your rear tires are not the right size. They are too narrow. Only the OEM S02s are 225-50-16 for the rear. Anything aftermarket must be 245-45-16.
No wonder the car was totalled....

I would change those tires quickly.
The cheapest thing to do is to just change the rears.
get a matching pair of Kumho Ecstas (same as front)
245-45-16.
The BEST thing to do is
Get a set of ORIGINAL S2000
Bridgestone S02's
205-55-16 Front
225-50-16 Rear
OR
get a set of
Toyo T1-R's or
Hankook RS-2ss
205-55-16 Front
245-45-16 Rear
Good Luck

Depends on mixing tires. I have SO3's up front and SO2's in back. As soon as the SO2's wear out I'll replace with SO3's. Even with just the SO3 fronts the car is better in the rain.

I think the improved 'rain driving' of the S-03's on the rear would be more impt than the slight degradation in handling due to mixed fronts/rears. Am I correct
Comments from anyone who has already done this would be appreciated....

I've read good reviews for P Zero Nero M+S Ultra High Performance All-Season. I don't mind comprising dry handling for a longer tread life and quieter ride.
Go with this setup for these as well?
205-55-16 Front
245-45-16 Rear
How come only go with this setup for S02?
