autocross on 16s
how are the effects on the 16 oem wheel compared to running 17 with a wider rim in autox and track.i usually run my 17*7,17*9 wheels with hankooks, and the one time i ran on my 16s with 225s all-seasons was unsuccessful. Would purchasing stick 255s on my 16s provide similar handling characterisitcs as my 17s? thank in advance

Its all about the tire, especially for autocross. 1st place at solo nationals in A Stock, this year was an AP1 running 245 width Hoosiers all around I believe. The popular combination would be running 225 in the front and 245 in the rear.
I have no comparison using the stock AP2 wheels for autox, but from results all around, there's no huge difference from one to another. On the track, things may be different.
